Known. Not Done.
Closing the gap between knowing and doing.
You may already know what people should be doing. You may even know what you have tried. But do you know what is keeping the current behavior in place?
Dr. Nizar Baidoun
Behavioral Strategist
I learned where results come from by working inside them.
The problem you see is not always the problem driving the results. I help leaders find what is really driving the behavior, then change it, so the results follow.

How I think
Leaders usually meet the symptom: the missed target, the resignation, the training that didn’t stick, the change initiative that stalled. But the behavior producing it often sits deeper. That is where I start.

Test yourself
In 60 seconds, rate twelve short statements about your organization. Your answers reveal a profile of what may be driving the behavior beneath the surface. No single label. No right or wrong answers. Just a starting point for a better question.
Your answers stay on your device. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.

About
Before I advised leaders, I worked inside the organizations, systems, and pressures they now face. That is why I start with what people actually do, not what organizations say should happen.
“I tell leaders what I see, then help them change it.”

I learned early that results are not abstract. They are counted, measured, and felt in the day-to-day reality of a business.
I led professional development in a major Kuwaiti bank, including building its first Training Centre from scratch, with seven training tracks. Rated Outstanding eight years in a row.
As the hospital’s first Head of Professional Development, I created everything from diagnostics and assessment to training and governance. Rated Outstanding after my first year.
Across 25+ years, I kept returning to one question: what is really driving the behavior behind the result? That question became my practice, strengthened by PhD research. Today, leaders and organizations bring me in to find the root and change the results.
